Second Grade Supply List - 2008/09

• Pencil eraser (1 large pink and 1 package of pencil tip erasers)
• Elmer's White School Glue (No sparkle or colored gel glue)
• 5 Large glue sticks (replace as needed or 10 small glue sticks)
• Crayons (Box of no more than 48)
• Scissors (with sharp points)
• Pee Chee (Folder with pockets)
• 5 Dry Erase board markers, and 1 eraser
• Black fine tipped felt pens, 2 permanent and 2 washable (Flair)
• Colored pencils
•  school box (The long and narrow ones work best, approx. 5” x 13”)

*Please make sure all the above school supplies can fit into the school box

• 3 dozen #2 pencils (Please sharpen and put your child's initials on each pencil)
• Pencil sharpener with cover (small hand held size)
• Wooden ruler with inches and centimeters
• Markers (no more than 12)
• Watercolor paints (Crayola or Prang),

         ***Rose Art supplies sold at most stores don't work as well or last at long.)

OPTIONAL SUPPLIES:

• Drawing tablet
• Stickers (for class use)
• 1 large box of Kleenex

Please mark your child's name on ALL school supplies. No large art sets, please! If getting these supplies is a financial hardship, please let your child's teacher know. We do have donated supplies available.
